This section is designed to answer as many of the frequently asked questions as possible regarding our trips. You will also find another FAQ section in the destination section for each of the respective countries. Can I book my trip through my travel agent? - Yes.

What are the options available for non golfers? - On self drive programs we provide suggested sightseeing ideas for clients not playing golf.

What are the deposit / cancellation policies? - The deposit and cancellation policies as are posted in our Reservations section.

If we already have our transportation and / or accommodations taken care of, can InterGolf Vacations just book our tee times? - Unfortunately not. We believe our value to the client is best experienced when we manage all facets of your trip. We offer a complete travel experience and do not function as a tee booking service.

Is there a minimum requirement for the length of a trip? - On our self drive programs, the minimum length is 5 nights.

What are the main differences between hosted, escorted, and customized tours? - Probably you will find our best description in our About Us section.

Can I make my own airline arrangements and buy your land package? - Yes. We have an in-house air department which is pleased to assist with your air travel requests, but clients may also make their own airline arrangements.

Can I book my own land transportation, e.g. rental car? - We consider the three key elements of our tour to include; accommodations, golf arrangements and land transportation. As a result we ask that you use our land transportation arrangements. One of the reasons we insist, is in the event there is a problem we are able to work with our supplier to ensure our clients are inconvenienced as little as possible.

What forms of payment do you accept? - Check, VISA, MasterCard or American Express.

What are the gratuities guidelines for staff or drivers? - These are presented with travel information at the destination.

Insurance - does my insurance cover me outside the USA? - We suggest you confer with your local insurance agent who can determine your coverage while overseas. We are pleased to offer Travel Protection Plan including Cancellation For Any Reason Waiver
